LuxeCleaningCo requires all homes to be picked up with no excessive clutter, or laundry on floors before our team comes in to assure we can thoroughly clean all surfaces! Although we are happy to do a few dishes, if there is a sink full of dishes, there will be an additional charge added.

A walk through is required prior to every service, though only one walk through is required per household unless a different service is booked. All laundry services will be done within the clients home, and any additional services such as ironing/steaming the tools must be provided. LuxeCleaningCo can supply laundry products, but we must be made aware of any allergies or sensitivities.

LuxeCleaningCo does not clean pet accidents or clean inaccessible areas or windows
